Lamtena Ads ("we", "us") is a Google Ads campaign management practice operating from Egypt and serving clients in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and how we protect it. It covers both our website and Campaign Console, the internal tool we use to manage client advertising accounts through the Google Ads API.
This policy applies to two groups:
Campaign Console has no public sign-up and no end-user accounts. It is used only by Lamtena Ads operators.
Contact information. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.
Website usage. This website is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers, and it does not ask visitors to submit any form.
Google Ads account data. For clients who have linked their account to our manager account, we access campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term, and performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and derived metrics such as CPA and ROAS) through the Google Ads API.
Campaign Console authenticates to Google using OAuth 2.0 with credentials belonging to Lamtena Ads. We can only access accounts that have been linked to our manager account, which requires the account owner to accept our management invitation. Clients can revoke that link at any time from their own Google Ads account, which immediately ends our access.
We do not ask clients for their Google account password, and we never sign in using a client's personal Google credentials.
Google Ads data is used for one purpose: managing and reporting on the account it came from. Specifically:
We do not sell, rent, or trade this data. We do not share one client's data with another client. We do not combine client data into any pooled dataset, benchmark, or product, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Campaign Console runs on Lamtena Ads operator workstations. Performance data is requested from the Google Ads API at the time an operator runs a report, and is used to generate that report.
We retain the reports we produce, and working notes relating to an account, for the duration of the engagement and for up to 24 months afterwards, for record-keeping and period-over-period comparison. We do not maintain a separate external database of raw Google Ads data. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the operator workstation and are not shared.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them as our setup changes.
We do not share client advertising data with third parties, other than Google itself as the provider of the Google Ads platform and API. We do not use third-party data processors for client advertising data. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and inform affected clients before the change takes effect.
If you are a client, you may at any time:
Send any such request to the email address below and we will action it within 30 days.
Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 16.
Our use of the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve the account management service that the client has engaged us for.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email.
Questions about this policy, or about data we hold, can be sent to ads@lamtena.com. We are the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
